Once you registered your profile is then sent to our administrative department to make sure that the text you have written in your profile and the picture (if any) you have uploaded to the server meets the ethical standards. Once your profile is approved, it immediately released for public viewing and starts displaying in search results. Depending on the flow of the traffic this may take up to 24 working hours. Same Procedure follows if you Edit/Modify your profile. Please do not make changes often to your profile because every time you make change or Edit, your profile will be under pending again n again for trueshaadi staff to approve. 

 

Can I register a matrimonial ad on behalf of a relative or a friend?

Are there any specific DO's and DONT's while creating a profile?
DO's -
1.Well be as detailed as possible while creating your profile. After your profile is activated, be sure to fill in the Partner Profile, Your Hobbies & Interest and also to upload a photograph for better Response. The more information you add the more your chances of finding a partner.
2. Mention your contact details, email address and your 'Phone No' in Appropriate Field's only.
Dont's -
1. Don't Use your contact details?email address and your 'Phone No' In About Your Self and About Your Family Field's. Your profile may get rejected if you do so.
2. Don't include content that is vulgar, pornographic or racist in About Your Self or About Your Family or in any other text area/box. Your profile may get rejected if you do so.

Login to your account. click setting - click privacy & change your contact details viewing preferences under -"who can view my contact details" to "Accepted members".

 

How do I cancel my account?

Go to your my profile page-click settings-privacy--under who can view my contact details select cancel account option and submit.

If you pay for the order using a credit card, then the account is activated within one working day or approx 24 working hours. But if you pay using a Cheque, demand draft or a bank draft then the account is activated after confirmation of Cheque or draft within 12 - 36 Hours. If you choose to pay direct deposit it may take few hrs. 

 

I have already paid for my premium membership but my matrimonial account is still not active. Why?
If you have sent us your payment via demand draft or Cheque it is possible that we have not received the payment yet. Your Registration will be activated only once we receive the payment or some time user mistake and wrong Username (UserID) mentioned back on the draft and Cheque so is difficult to activate your profile. So please be patient. We will notify via email you once we receive payment and activate your premium Membership.
If you made payment via your credit card online, and your account is still not active, then it is possible that we suspect a violation of our service agreement or require some more information from you. Also, it sometimes takes up to 12 - 36 hours for notification to reach us. Once again, we will get in touch with you via email regarding the status of your account.

You can submit the profile image while registering. Or if you want to upload it later, then follow these steps. Login to your account, click on my profile, then click on the Empty Image, and upload a new photo here. You can also Edit/Crop your Image after uploading. Click on edit thumbnail on right and select the area you want to crop or display on search results.

 

How can I Crop/Edit Thumbnail image of my Profile Image, which is displaying on search results?
Login to your account, click my profile, then click on the Empty Image, upload a new photo here. If you want to show your only face on this picture, first upload the picture then click on Edit Thumbnail on right. Select the area of the Image you want to display and click submit at the bottom.

        

What is the recommended size of pictures to upload?
Please upload/add your photo in .gif and .jpg format having size less than 1MB.

 

I don't have scanner how can I post my picture?
We will scan your photo for you, make a digital copy & attach it with your profile Absolute Free. Remember to mention your username, mobile & e-mail id on the reverse of your photo and clearly specify the main photo and album photos and Send on our office address.

 

How do I protect my photo?
You have privacy options who can view your Photo. Select one of them suits you.
Note: we strongly recommend that you must display your photo, as this is the first thing when someone interested in you. If you don’t show your photo to other members, they will not even look in to your profile no matter what you have written in your profile. You can However hide your profile or all other related info like contact information etc, so that members can contact you first. I tried to see the contact details of the member but it says "You may not view this users contact details. Send a request now! Why?
Even if your are a paid member and if you see this message, it means that particular member have his contact details hidden from all member. He wants members to send him a request before you can view his or her contact details. If that particular member likes your profile he/she will accept your request for viewing contact detail and you will be able to see his/her contact details, while other members can't.

 

Are phone numbers are genuine or authentic on Trueshaadi.com?
Yes, we verify every phone by calling the member or by send them text messages.

 

Can I delete/remove a member after having accepted him/her to view contact info?
Yes, you can not remove/delete a member once accepted by you to view contact details.

 

How many personalized messages I can to member/members?

Usernames cannot be changed after registration. If you really want a new username, you will have to register a new account.

 

I cannot login to my account it says invalid login?
Make sure your caps lock is not on, if you are logging in after several months it is possible that your account has been removed and re-issued to another member. In that case you may have to re-register yourself. In any case you can always send us a message. Also your account may be under screening from trueshaadi support for approval.

 

I forget my Account ID or Password or both?
You can retrieve your password by clicking on Forgot Password. It is very important that you give your e-mail address. If you have forget mentioned e-mail address then lost your profile on Trueshaadi.com, we still can retrieve your user ID and password but you must send us some clues like your Mobile no, address mentioned in Registration form, username and it may take days before we can send you your user ID and password.
